Administrative Assistant

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Our company is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
  • Filing of documentation;
  • Following up with clients on sent quotations;
  • Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff;
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member;
  • Manage staff appointments;
  • Manage prospective client inquiries;
  • Coordinate office procedures;
  • Research and creates presentations;
  • Generating reports;
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office;
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
  • Reporting immediately any non-conformance, unsafe act or unsafe condition to line management for investigation and corrective action;
  • Coordinating the team requirements with Macro team;
  • Ensuring project admin services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy / Basic Computer Skills;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Basic Photo Editing Skills is a Plus, but not a requirement;
  • Male/Female;
  • Fast learner;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to Follow Instructions;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Willing to work both in Alabang and Mandaluyong;
  • Candidate must have experience in customer relations;
  • Honest, and with a high level of integrity;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Proven admin or assistant experience;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration-Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
