Our company is looking for a Trust Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the deadlines of reporting and filings of the Labuan companies are met and submitted to the authorities on a timely manner;
- Manage, supervise and coordinate all daily administration of Labuan entities such as companies, foundations, trusts, partnership, etc;
- Assist the Compliance Officer to carry out preliminary compliance duties and due diligence work for on-boarding new and reviewing existing clients;
- Similar for non-Labuan entities (including set-up / formation, liquidation / termination) and Malaysian Domestic Companies.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English;
- A candidate should possess full or partial ICSA or similar;
- Strong organisational and follow-through skills – must be dependable, proactive and prompt;
- Able to multi-task and stay focused on the big picture while addressing daily issues;
- High degree of professionalism and strong work ethics;
- Solid interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across the Alpadis Group;
- Independent, self-motivated and results-driven, while able to work in a team with minimum supervision;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
