Our company is looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and record all the above;
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions;
  • Provide analysis and remedial measures to address product failures and recommend improvement initiatives;
  • Provide competitive technical product performance information to verify competitiveness of own products;
  • Ensure that technical activities comply with EHS regulations where the products are sold, and/or sold and applied;
  • Update records and recommend alternative means/procedures in making the product/s compliant to local application conditions and situations;
  • Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews;
  • Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines;
  • Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in manpower planning or scheduling;
  • Working knowledge of technical equipment used in the production process;
  • At least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Mass Communications or any technical course;
  • Solid background in studio and remote production process;
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule and long hours;
  • Good knowledge of business operations especially in broadcast technical operations;
  • Can start immediately.
