Our company is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Define most important social media KPIs;
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams;
- Attend educational conferences;
- Measure the success of every social media campaign;
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network;
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization;
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content are informative and appealing;
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies;
- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy;
- Manage and oversee social media content.
Requirements:
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions;
- Experience with smart, creative engagement with a brand’s followers and users;
- 5+ years in social media management, strategy and content delivery;
- Relevant tertiary degree/diploma;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Fluent in Filipino and English. Knowledge of other languages used in the Philippines is a plus;
- 100% fluency in US English;
- Awareness of current culture and relevant promotional opportunities;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Minimum of two (2) years of Social Media Specialist experience;
- Social Media Marketing Experience;
- Experience growing social media accounts;
- Has handled social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, Instagram and other accounts;
- Accountable and resourceful;
- English & Afrikaans | Bilingual.
