Our company is looking for a Senior HR Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process disciplinary/grievance hearings;
  • Attend to conciliation and arbitration hearings when required;
  • Participate in talent management retention strategies;
  • General Employee Welfare, employee assistance, Social responsibility and employee wellness programs;
  • Management of employee benefits, General Office Administration;
  • Give advice to management and consult on HR/Industrial relations;
  • Supervision of activities and duties of the HR Officer;
  • Participate in HR Planning & processing of HR related administration;
  • Promote a good relationship between Management and shop stewards.

Requirements:

  • Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours;
  • Labor Relations;

  • Full-Time position(s) available;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Performance Management and Coaching;
  • Minimum of Five 3 years experience in a Human Resources Environment/Department;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Managemen;
  • Willing to be assigned in The SM Store – Puerto Princesa;
  • Preferably in a Manager role/level;
  • Higher National Diploma or Degree in HR Management;
  • Employee Relations;
  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in the HR field is required for this position;
  • Knowledge of Recruitment, Selection and Placement techniques;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
