Our company is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategies, concretize targeted consumer insights, and create and manage all marketing campaigns;
  • Develop marketing plans, targets and budgets aligned with the company’s direction, outlook and growth strategies for the brand;
  • Deliver timely and accurate reports requested by the client and/or management executive;
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant functions are kept informed of marketing objectives;
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Team, identify and monitor their deliverables, and assess their performance;
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and provide effective solutions;
  • Acting as the main internal contact person for escalated requests/issues pertaining to CRM;
  • Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement;
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people;
  • Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake;
  • Ensuring the correctness of customer data and drive any data cleansing activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent business English both written and verbal;
  • An ability to analytically problem solve and create solutions;
  • Comfortable working in a digital environment;
  • 2 to 4 years working experience;
  • An understanding of Nielsen products and services (preferred);
  • Financial understanding (P&L, EBITDA) and how this relates to business success;
  • Strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills;
  • Collaboration skills with client and teams in a challenging and fast paced environment;
  • Awareness and understanding of market conditions and the client’s business environment;
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar capacity, preferably in the card industry;
  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Business related course of study, or International Development);
  • Highly creative with the ability to think out of box;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Marketing or related field;
  • With experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
