Our company is looking for a Head of Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be assertive, confident and team player;
  • Review and evaluate branch sales performance and formulate action plans in specific issues;
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
  • Coordinate with other department regarding product collections, allocations and price point;
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent;
  • Plan and analyze store participation on mall event;
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Conduct store visit to maintain awareness on current trends and competitor’s performance;
  • Has strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Manage, support and develop sales team in order to maximize sales revenue;
  • With strong leadership skills;
  • Study and recommend possible stores or brand opening;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration;
  • Prepare monthly sales quota and disseminate to sales team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to develop the business;
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
  • knowledgeable in accounting entries or any related in accounting;
  • Creative Problem-Solving Skills;
  • Hardworking and able to thrive under pressure;

  • Experience in handling digital marketing assets;
  • Fluency in English. Familiarity with a Southeast Asian language will be an added advantage;
  • Communication skills;
  • with minimum of 2 years experience in accounting (AR);
  • 8+ years of experience in direct sales;
  • Customer Service;
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
