Our company is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support leadership team on organizational design;
  • Work as strategic business partner with other department managers and supervisors to ensure HR talent management goals and objectives are achieved;
  • Monitor C&B structures, pay policies, and market trend to make necessary changes;
  • Review and manage any general affairs including office management and company activities;
  • Lead an effective recruitment and selection process that will identify qualified talent;
  • Lead and coordinate performance management system;
  • Identify training needs and develop, implement, and deliver training. Programs;
  • Change management process;
  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment activities of the company;
  • Administer payroll, timekeeping and government mandated benefits;
  • Draft notices/announcement, memos and the like in compliance with company policies and due process requirements;
  • Prepares company handbook;
  • Ensure labor/disciplinary cases are carried out timely and in compliance with company policies and due process requirements;
  • Ensure the strict implementation of the proper imposition of disciplinary action;
  • Provide recommendations on case decisions and appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Has strong personality;

  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Local compensation and HR related matters; labor environment;
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR;
  • BCom Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills;
  • Change Management experience;
  • Transformation Experience;
  • Team Player;
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
  • With strong background in employee and labor relations;
  • Mining HR experience is preferred;
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
