Our company is looking for a Food / Beverages Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Represent needs of the team;
  • Be environmentally aware;
  • Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members;
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation;
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships;
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team;
  • Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations;
  • Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations, including events and conferences;
  • Utilized check lists to ensure readiness, safety, maintenance and cleanliness of the outlets and work area;
  • To ensure that all booked or reserved bookings are allocated for and anticipated with meal periods when busy;
  • To ensure all assignments are carried out and brief the Manager on duty;
  • Ensure high standard of service is provided and maintain at all times;
  • Scheduling of monthly roster to ensure maximum staffing during peak periods;
  • Conduct daily briefing on the restaurant operations.

  • Ability to work on your own or in teams;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Previous Food and Beverage experience;
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Able to speak and write Arabic fluently.
