Our company is looking for a Director, International Business to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the use of the organisation’s resources responsibly and within budgetary means;
- Identify room for improvement, propose suggestions and lead revamps of organisational structure and working procedures when necessary;
- Generate clear concise reports and briefs senior management on a regular basis;
- Explore and exploit business collaborations with local and international valued clientele, agencies and financial institutions;
- Participate in business expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliance relevant to the Company business initiatives;
- Engage team members to consistently deliver optimal performance to meet the organisation’s goals;
- Establish rapport with related government agencies, private entities and business collaborators.
Requirements:
- Highly committed to meet professional standards under tight deadlines;
- Possess good interpersonal, project management skills, financial accounting and organisation skills;
- Relevant exposure in service and education industry preferred;
- Experience in education industry is highly preferred;
- International experience preferred (either employment or studied abroad);
- Have strong analytical and leadership skills;
- A pleasant personality and ability to communicate at all levels;
- Willing to serve abroad;
- A minimum of ten years’ experience at senior level with a similar position;
- Applicants must at least possess a Masters or PhD in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent.
