Our company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision and timeous, accurate and relevant financial information;
  • Cash Flow Management and development and provision of medium to long term financial planning for company funding;
  • Enforcing of Corporate Governance in company financial decision;
  • Oversee and regulate the issuance of financial information;
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for AHC;
  • Take full ownership of the finance and compliance function of the company;
  • Plan and perform risk management duties through analysis of company liabilities and investments;
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations;
  • Invest funds wisely and strategically to maximize yields and returns for the organisation;
  • Forecast the short and long term financial needs;
  • Adhere to the law, legislation and company policies;
  • Work with Heads of Department on strategic business plans and the related affirmative action plans;
  • Research revenue opportunities and economic trends;
  • Oversee and review daily accounting processing;
  • Develop and implement the financial and tax strategies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification;
  • Matric;
  • Relevant years of experience in similar role;
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a senior management position;
  • Financial Statement Analysis;
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both in written and oral English and Filipino;
  • Auditing and Compliance;
  • Financial accounting, reporting / analysis, business support, financial planning and cost modelling expertise are all essential for this role;
  • Financial Analysis;
  • Must have integrity, sense of maturity and ability to relate effectively to different types of people in the organization;
  • Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character;
  • Excellent skills in SAGE and MS Office suites. (Acumatica will be an advantage);
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to current pace of global, social, technological and economic change;
  • 5 years’ experience in a leadership position;
  • Budgeting.
