Area Business Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Area Business Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide input into the design and development of the new approaches/processes aimed at increasing performance;
- Provide clear direction of the Sales and Service business objectives translating and prioritizing it into business performance measures;
- Visibly lead and sponsor Retail Change initiatives ensuring minimum disruption and taking accountability to ensure agreed benefits realization;
- Shape the segment propositions and marketing to support performance growth;
- Deliver retail performance in line with agreed targets against the area performance scorecard;
- Provide customer service and retention solutions for the area;
- Provide control framework to optimize productivity and manage costs;
- Take ultimate accountability for the management of Sales, operational support and business development services.
Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Business Management, Finance or Banking;
- In-depth understanding of technical support systems;
- Master’s Degree will be an advantage;
- Matric;
- Regulatory Examination (RE05) qualification is essential, however, RE01 will be an advantage;
- At least 8 years’ relevant experience, extensive retail experience;
- 5 Years’ in-depth knowledge of the full Retail Banking.
