Set up, test, and adjust manufacturing machinery or equipment, using any combination of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or computer technologies.

Our company is looking for a Service Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customer information technology organisations to resolve network problems;
  • Controller which carry the highest priority;
  • Maintains the highest level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to all business needs;
  • Provide consultative assistance for complex MFP / network issues;
  • Comprehensive understanding of Ricoh products, solutions and services;
  • Perform other duties as assigned;
  • Responsible for responding to service calls generated by the Service;
  • Ability to work well with little supervision;
  • Interface and train with less experienced service technicians, and assist in completion of certifications in line with their career path.

Requirements:

  • Equipment Maintenance;
  • Can be a graduate of related vocational courses with least 2 years, preferably with TESDA certificate;
  • Product Management;
  • With experience in related field (electrical wiring and electronics);
  • Educated on VRS – technical, installation, operations, value proposition;
  • Problem Solving;
  • Testing and evaluation of units;
  • Able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities;
  • Business Correspondence;
  • Proven field service experience;
  • Technical degree or certification;
  • Must have at least 1- 2 years’ work experience in repairing kitchen appliances or coffee machines;
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
  • English literacy;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
