Hemodialysis Nurse Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Hemodialysis Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Strictly observes infection control guidelines for patient and staff safety at all times from materials preparation to termination of the process;
- Receives endorsements from the outgoing staff nurse, coordinates to the charge nurse special endorsements or other concerns regarding their patients;
- Participates and obeys implemented policies and guidelines in the unit.
Requirements:
- Certification through the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) is advantageous;
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing;
- Active PRC license holder;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills;
- No work experience required;
- With or Without Experience;
- Proven experience working as a Dialysis Nurse;
- With BLS, ACLS, IVT certification;
- The job requires Female applicants only;
- Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position;
- Must have a Hemodialysis Nurse Training Program with certificate;
- Patient and compassionate;
- The ability to remain calm in stressful situations;
- Candidates must have at least Prof’l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof’l License Exam);
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
