Our company is looking for a Pastry Chef – Senior or Junior Level to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage the interest of passengers;
- prepare and present pastry, desserts, teatime cakes and dessert buffets for passengers and crew at international standards;
- share recipes with guests during onboard cooking demonstrations;
- participate during product loading together with the other members of the crew;
- maintain company quality standards and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- international experience is an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team;
- ability to communicate in English or German;
- competence in the preparation and display of a variety of cakes, cookies, muffins, danishes etc;
- specialist in pastry products.
