Our company is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Management expenses – All expenses, cost saving initiatives and budget;
  • Align the Specialist Claims strategy with claims strategy;
  • Management information and Analytics;
  • Co-ordination of ad hoc request;
  • Projects – Champion initiatives and responsible for implementation on a national basis;
  • Responsible for total process design and compliance;
  • AJS Operating System – Maintenance, System Enhancement and Operational incident management;
  • Assisting with consolidating information from various role players and coordinating this process with business;
  • Operational audits – client service and key operational risks;
  • Assisting in implementing best practice initiatives to improve service levels, cost efficiency and cost effectiveness;
  • Internal and standard operating procedure process.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Analytic;
  • Matric plus relevant graduate qualification in Business / Project management / IT or Data Science;
  • Time Management Skills;
  • Understanding of Information Technology;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Financial or Business related environment;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Negotiation Skills;
  • Understanding of Business Processes;
  • Decision making skills;
  • With strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or any related course;
  • With basic food laboratory skills;
  • With at least 2 years experience in food manufacturing preferably in food handling and sensory training.
