Our company is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a test plan by hearing the specifications of each project from team members;
• Knowledge in Function testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing;
• Basic knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle;
• Responsible for the overall quality of the system ensuring that system will work as designed;
• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities;
• Define/recommend process improvements to meet current and future requirements/needs;
• To provide training & coaching on Quality subject (eg. 7 QC tools);
• Responsible for CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement);
• Coordinate & facilitate 8D meeting;
• Responsible in defect identification and authorized to stop the line and feedback to production immediately;
• Supervising and provide solution of quality related technical problems for QC & technical staff in carrying out tests and checks;
• To initiate & facilitate preventive action (eg. FMEA, Poka Yoke);
• Responsible in new vendor qualification and criteria;
• Responsible for 5S activities in QC department.

Requirements:

• HTML;
• Knowledge in test automation;
• PHP;
• Usability Testing;
• Test Automation Software;
• A mature team player and able to work independently;
• An ability to prioritize and delegate tasks;
• Written & Verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English;
• A technical, logical thought process;
• Experience as Internal Quality Auditor;
• Experience with min 5 years hands on quality experience in manufacturing industry preferably in metal or plastic fabrication industry;
• Software Testing;
• CSS;
• Good working knowledge on application of TQM, QCC and ISO standards;
• Essential Experience, Qualification & Knowledge Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
