Our company is looking for a Account Support Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry;
  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests. Provide customers with appropriate product and service information;
  • Maintain security and privacy;
  • Recognize and alert supervisor to trends in calls;
  • Assist in on the job training for new associates, as required;
  • Identify, research and resolve customer issues using the appropriate system;
  • Recommend process improvements;
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved to ensure resolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Typing 45 wpm;
  • Ability to prioritize and learn quickly in a production based environment;
  • Must have good analytical skills;
  • Must have good English reading comprehension;
  • High school diploma/GED required;
  • Possess sense of urgency while being able to focus and pay attention to detail;
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time;
  • Ability to adapt to constant changing processes and tasks;
  • Must be able to retain focus and perform repetitious tasks effectively;
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office);
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
