Regional Project Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Regional Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the PMs in communicating with the clients for timeline, variation orders, and other project-related concerns;
- May perform other duties as necessary or assigned;
- Monitor the on-hold projects that are assigned by the RPM and ensure that dependencies from Newcore are closed;
- Monitor the on-going projects awarded to Newcore that are assigned by the RPM;
- Provide reports to the RPM for the overall status of projects assigned by the RPM;
- Attend calls for updates, and resolution of challenges on projects assigned by the RPM;
- Attend client meetings to discuss project updates;
- Provide assistance to PMs, CMs, and PEs assigned by the RPM in in closing dependencies for the project.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable with technical design and implementation for Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics;
- College Degree (preferably in the field of Engineering or Architecture); Licensed Engineer or Architecture an advantage;
- Willingness to travel (local and international);
- All the key competency requirements stated above;
- Able to delegate tasks to team members and communicate with them; plus, able to train employees;
- Strong executive presence;
- 4-6 years of relevant experience;
- A sound knowledge on interior fit-out project implementation.
