Project Implementation Manager (Set Management) Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Project Implementation Manager (Set Management) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Set project goals and oversee projects for completion; schedule and track assignments of his/ her team;
- Undertake set visits; analyze completed work for billing and variation evaluation and payment;
- Review commercial evaluation and endorsement for negotiation;
- Minimize set cost and enhance value for money without compromising time, safety and aesthetic requirements of each program;
- Update monthly cost savings and prepare reports as required;
- Undertake cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies (value engineering, reused materials and budget review);
- Attend to production and design meetings;
- Works on all aspects of cost management, planning and estimating to project completion.
Requirements:
- Ability to take full responsibility of his/ her team;
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical, organizational, time managment, cost management and conflict management skills;
- At least 5-7 years of working experience is required. Preferably with at least 3 years of work related experience in this field;
- Keen an eye for details and quality of work;
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment and build strong work relationships;
- Skills in handling pressure and stress in managing time and budget constraints and working with demanding personalities;
- Excellent budget understanding;
- Knows how to address the needs of each team collaboratively, without stepping on other teams’ toe;
- Strong commercial background, including familiarity with contractual conditions and set construction procedures;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
- Strong assertive personality and have strong evaluation and negotiation skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
