Project Accounts Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Project Accounts Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the sales force;
- Reporting and analyzing key metrics;
- Creating strategies and campaigns to improve the performance of partners;
- Supervise and support account managers to ensure client satisfaction;
- Build and maintain client relationships based on trust and respect;
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in drafting policies, guidelines and checklists as well as drafting and delivering training to both finance and project staff;
- Experience working in an ERP environment;
- Has 5 years relevant working experience in Finance;
- Proficiency in One Corporate System (OCS) is an added advantage;
- Proven familiarity with financial guidelines of WorldFish major donors such as USAID, GIZ, European Commission, ACIAR and World Bank;
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar field, or ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification;
- At least 3 years working experience in a similar role within an international non-profit organization;
- Proficient in using other Microsoft Office applications;
- Shows good self-initiative and able to work independently;
- Proficient in both in written and spoken English;
- Required language(s): English, Filipino;
- Can start ASAP;
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills required;
- Must be a detail-oriented, presentable, creative thinker, a team player, and possesses excellent communication skills;
- At least 2-4 years work experience specializing in Product/Project Management / Advertising / Marketing / Shopper Marketing / Events Management.
