Our company is looking for a Project Accounts Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the sales force;
  • Reporting and analyzing key metrics;
  • Creating strategies and campaigns to improve the performance of partners;
  • Supervise and support account managers to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Build and maintain client relationships based on trust and respect;
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in drafting policies, guidelines and checklists as well as drafting and delivering training to both finance and project staff;
  • Experience working in an ERP environment;
  • Has 5 years relevant working experience in Finance;
  • Proficiency in One Corporate System (OCS) is an added advantage;
  • Proven familiarity with financial guidelines of WorldFish major donors such as USAID, GIZ, European Commission, ACIAR and World Bank;
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar field, or ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification;
  • At least 3 years working experience in a similar role within an international non-profit organization;
  • Proficient in using other Microsoft Office applications;
  • Shows good self-initiative and able to work independently;
  • Proficient in both in written and spoken English;
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino;
  • Can start ASAP;
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills required;
  • Must be a detail-oriented, presentable, creative thinker, a team player, and possesses excellent communication skills;
  • At least 2-4 years work experience specializing in Product/Project Management / Advertising / Marketing / Shopper Marketing / Events Management.
