Our company is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure strict adherence to delivery times and requirements;
  • Ensure that all processes are correctly implemented and maintained both internally and externally;
  • Assisting in the coordination and management of all store opening projects;
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance on an ongoing basis and implement corrective actions and make recommendations as and when required;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, customs clearance, CIQ importation processes and all other logistics influencing factors;
  • Ensure that all key role players are trained with regards to the company systems and processes;
  • Ensure strict adherence to all record keeping and filing processes;
  • Participation in the sourcing and reviewing of 3PL service providers;
  • Completing and following up on daily stock administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or related courses;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Supply Chain or Logistics experience in FMCG;
  • Preferably 2 years relevant work experience;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
