Our company is looking for a Events Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with systems central to the business operation e.g. company website, social media platforms, event management and point of sale software;
  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, trainers, venues and suppliers;
  • Assisting the Director with other projects as required;
  • Assisting in the hosting of events (customer service and room staging).

Requirements:

  • graduate of any four (4) year course;
  • Knowledge in event planning and organizing;
  • Preferably at least one (1) year of work related experience.
