Events Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Events Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Working with systems central to the business operation e.g. company website, social media platforms, event management and point of sale software;
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, trainers, venues and suppliers;
- Assisting the Director with other projects as required;
- Assisting in the hosting of events (customer service and room staging).
Requirements:
- graduate of any four (4) year course;
- Knowledge in event planning and organizing;
- Preferably at least one (1) year of work related experience.
