Customer Service Specialist Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Making equipment deliveries;
- Servicing equipment to make sure it’s kept in top condition;
- Providing advice to our customers about our equipment (which we will train you in).
Requirements:
- Candidate with A experience in Cilo (App) is preferred;
- Must be knowledgeable in Data Entry or Customer Service;
- Must be proficient in English;
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Good presentation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Customer Service specialization or equivalent;
- With at least 2 years of experience;
- At least 1 year of working experience in the logistics / freight forwarding industry;
- Communication skills;

- Possesses good communication skills; both verbal and written;
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- A graduate of any 4 year related course.
