Room Attendant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Room Attendant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be environmentally aware;
- Vacuum rooms and corridors;
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships;
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation;
- Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner;
- Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis;
- Carry out lost property procedures;
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines;
- Dispose of waste accordingly;
- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms;
- Resolve any guest issues promptly and successfully ensuring follow up and excellent communication at all times;
- Maintain communication with other departments, in particular front office and maintenance;
- Support the emergency evacuation, safety and security of guests at all times;
- Assist in ensuring a smooth check in and check out process;
- Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support when they arrive and depart the hotel.
Requirements:
- The job requires Female applicants only;

- Ability to work on their own or in teams;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent grooming standards;
- Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position;
- Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate;
- Minimum of 1 years working experience is required for this position.
