HR Intern Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a HR Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information);
- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents;
- Assist with screening resumes and applications;
- Send offer and regret letters;
- Coordinate interviews;
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects;
- Organizing and completing all recruitment administration on monthly basis;
- Collating course related data, including confirmation of training venues and dates;
- Processing of training invoices for payment;
- Managing the recruitment inbox — responding to all applications and passing cv’s to the HR Manager for further consideration;
- Maintaining the HR calendar and assisting the HR Manager with the scheduling of various programs including performance reviews, EE submissions etc;
- Keeping record and timesheets of all external and internal training;
- Coordination of internal and external training;
- Preparing and compiling interviews packs;
- Preparing, Assisting and Represent People and Culture Team in some internal activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Able to work with minimum supervision;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Track record of personal, academic and extracurricular achievements, already demonstrated leadership from a top university is an advantage;
- 1 years’ experience in payroll administration / coordination;
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Matric;
- Good command of the english language both oral and written;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and resume databases;
- Willing to render at least 200 internship hours;
- Organized and systematic, trustworthy, hardworking, and self-motivated;
- 1 —2 year experience in an HR environment;
- Third or Forth Year College Students;
- Willing to report in our Philam Cubao office.
