Project-Based Multimedia Designer
Full-time
DotYeti
Project-Based Multimedia Designer - DotYeti Important Note: This is a project-based position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. The working hours operate within the Manila, Philippines zone (4 PM- 12 MN PHT). Flexibility with working hours is essential. At DotYeti, we believe great design should feel as good to make as it does to look at. We're a fully remote creative team helping businesses bring their ideas to life. Everything we make starts with two things: artistry in every detail and excellence in every delivery. The rest comes naturally: joy in the work, growth for everyone, and a team that has each other's backs. What you'll do:
- Creative Craft: Develop product illustrations, social media graphics, logos, print designs, animations, and videos made with real artistry and the kind of detail people notice.
- Quality & Delivery: Deliver polished, high-quality, and on-brand multimedia content on time across digital and print platforms. You hold your work to a high bar before anyone else has to.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to turn briefs into impactful digital assets, share feedback openly, and keep projects moving (and fun).
- Problem Solving: Optimize designs and troubleshoot technical visual challenges across Adobe tools, finding fixes that last, not just quick patches.
- Learning & Tools: Explore new tools, AI workflows, and techniques that help the team create better work.
- Has significant proven design experience.
- Possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating successful branding and graphic design work.
- Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.
- Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right.
- Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique.
- Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team.
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Fully Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment in an independent contractor setup.
- Paid Time Off & Benefits: Generous paid time off, mental health leave, and comprehensive health coverage.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary with yearly performance-based raises.
- Equipment Allowance: Allowance provided to equip your home office.
- Professional Growth: Opportunity to grow with a talented and collaborative team.
- Let's get to know each other. A relaxed first chat about how you work, how you communicate, and what makes work fun for you.
- Show us your craft. This is the big one. A practical assessment where we look at your creativity, your attention to detail, and the polish of the final result.
- Final interview. We'll talk through your work, how you tackle problems, and where you want to grow next.
- Job offer!
