Remote Life Insurance Recruiter

The Remote Life Insurance Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding talented individuals interested in building careers in life insurance and financial services. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to a growing team dedicated to excellence in recruitment.

What You'll Do

• Recruit licensed life insurance agents throughout Ohio and individuals interested in obtaining their licenses.
• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn , Indeed , ZipRecruiter , and Facebook , as well as through networking events.
• Conduct interviews via in-person , phone , and Zoom to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
• Schedule candidates for licensing classes and manage their onboarding process.
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions to ensure new hires are well-prepared.
• Maintain a recruiting database and applicant tracking system to streamline the hiring process.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in recruitment , preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong ability to build relationships with diverse groups, including colleges , churches , military veterans , and community organizations .
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruiting efforts simultaneously.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting monthly recruiting goals.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience attending career fairs and networking events.
• Knowledge of the life insurance industry and licensing requirements in Ohio.
