Digital Marketing Account Manager Position Type: Full-Time | Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Account Manager to manage and optimize digital marketing performance for a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts. The role focuses heavily on Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO for businesses in the storage, parking, and local-service industries. This is an execution-focused position where you will personally perform the optimization work, analyze performance, communicate results to clients, and identify opportunities to improve retention and account growth. Responsibilities Google Business Profile & Local SEO

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility and search rankings.
• Execute local SEO strategies focused on ranking factors, citations, NAP consistency, reviews, and local search performance.
• Monitor local search performance and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.
• Implement hands-on improvements rather than simply providing strategic recommendations.

Account Management

• Independently manage approximately 15–20 client accounts from execution through reporting.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients.
• Lead monthly client meetings to present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships while maintaining accountability for marketing results.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Prepare clear and concise monthly performance reports for clients.
• Analyze marketing performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Pull and compile performance data from internal platforms and marketing tools.
• Track account performance and identify opportunities for improvement, retention, and growth.

Marketing Tools & Technology

• Select and manage digital marketing tools required to execute campaigns and optimize client accounts.
• Research and recommend new tools based on performance, efficiency, and client needs.
• Quickly learn and navigate new software platforms to access and analyze performance data.

Internal Collaboration & Growth

• Coordinate with internal account teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify upsell and retention opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
• Support white-glove ALO accounts with marketing execution and performance reporting.
• Provide marketing data and insights to the COO for client reporting when required.

Required Experience & Skills Must-Haves

• Approximately 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience focused on execution.
• Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles.
• Strong local SEO knowledge, including local ranking factors, citations, NAP consistency, and review strategies.
• Experience independently managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong ability to select, operate, and evaluate digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
• Ability to quickly learn new software platforms and extract relevant performance information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-directed approach with the ability to work independently without micromanagement.
• Professional spoken English suitable for client-facing communication.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.

• Previous client-facing or account management experience.
