Job Summary: Oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, discipline, and compliance. Ensure a productive and compliant work environment across branches in the motorcycle and car dealership operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Handle timekeeping, payroll coordination, and government contributions. Oversee employee records, contract renewals, and 201 file management. Monitor attendance, leaves, and implement disciplinary actions as needed. Conduct employee orientation, performance evaluations, and training. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support branch heads with HR concerns and staff management. Assist with HR reports and documentation for management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in HR; experience in retail or automotive is an advantage. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools (if any).
