About the role

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our Makati City, Metro Manila site. This is a full-time position ideal for fresh graduates looking to launch their careers in the call centre and customer service industry. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, providing outstanding support to customers through various communication channels. This role is fundamental to maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals without prior experience who are eager to develop their skills in a professional call centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy and efficiency

• Process customer requests, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system

• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to supervisors when necessary

• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards during all customer interactions

• Contribute to achieving individual and team performance targets and metrics

• Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance service delivery

• Fresh graduate or recent school leaver with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities
