Duties and Responsibilities - Chop and open fresh coconuts safely and efficiently
- Extract coconut meat and coconut water
- Prepare buko ingredients for desserts, drinks, or cooking
- Operate and maintain chopping and shredding tools/equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of the preparation area and utensils
- Dispose of coconut shells and waste properly
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor coconut quality and report spoiled or damaged stock
- Assist kitchen or production staff as needed
- Maintain daily production targets
