About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Architect – SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to drive business solutions, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an SAP IBP SME and provide solutions across teams.
- Analyze and optimize business processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices.
- Support business cases and change management initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP IBP .
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and enterprise architecture.
- Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in process optimization and business transformation.
- Leadership and team management experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work hybrid in Cebu City and on a shifting schedule .
