Setup and Location: WFH / HYBRID (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga or Cebu) Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (QLD Time) | 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM (PH Time)

This Senior Accountant role offers a clear pathway to Manager for a high-performing professional in a boutique, tax-led advisory firm. The role involves managing a portfolio of SME and private group clients, preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns, and gaining exposure to complex tax and structuring matters. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to client strategy and take on increasing responsibility, making this an ideal opportunity for a CA/CPA-qualified Senior Accountant ready to progress beyond compliance-focused work.

What You’ll Do  

• Manage your own portfolio of SME and private group clients
  
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
  
• Gain exposure to Division 7A, CGT, FBT and structuring matters
  
• Work directly with the Director on client strategy and decisions
  
• Support junior team members and review work as you progress
  
• This is a hands-on role. Combining compliance with increasing advisory exposure.

Requirements

What You Bring  

• Proven ability to maintain client relationships
  
• Strong communication skills: face-to-face, online & phone
  
• Holds a CA or CPA qualification
  
• Has strong experience with SME clients and tax compliance
  
• Is ready to take on more ownership and responsibility
  
• Wants to move beyond purely compliance-focused work
