1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience as a Façade Design Engineer.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in report writing, with a focus on technical documentation.
5. Strong knowledge of façade performance solution design and documentation, compliant with NCC2022 and the Building Commissioner's Handbook.
6. Experience in condensation modeling using WUFI software.
7. Familiarity with façade fire rating requirements and reporting procedures.
8. Competence in developing performance solutions to meet F3P1 standards.
9. Expertise in façade analysis and modeling engineering software such as STRAND7, SPACE GASS, MathCAD, and CAD, such as AutoCAD and Rhino.
10. Thorough understanding of relevant Australian Standards, including AS1170, AS3600, AS3700, AS4100, AS4654.2, AS1288, AS3500, AS1664, and NCC2022.
