Job Description We are seeking Non Voice Customer Service Representatives to assist customers through chat platforms by handling inquiries, billing concerns, and account-related requests while ensuring accurate information and efficient support at all times. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat support channels
• Assist with billing concerns, sales inquiries, and account updates
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
• Document all customer interactions properly
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

• Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
• Paid training on chat support tools and processes

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS Graduate / Senior High School Graduate
• Open to fresh grads, experience is an advantage
• Strong written English communication skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
