- Loading and unloading : Loading and unloading cargo, and securing it
- Route planning : Planning routes using maps or satellite tracking
- Vehicle maintenance : Performing basic vehicle maintenance, and reporting serious mechanical problems
- Paperwork : Completing and verifying paperwork, and keeping a log of activities
- Safety : Following all traffic laws, and taking special precautions while driving
- Communication : Reporting incidents to a dispatcher, and following accident procedures
- Responsibilities and Duties: Transportation of goods, routine vehicle checks, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required; equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of driving experience preferred.
