The company is one of the leading distributors of home electronic appliances. Position: AirCon Sales Head Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Pasig City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift) Salary: Php90,000 - Php100,000 Work Set Up: On Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree Holder in Business Management, Marketing, or any related courses
- At least 6-10 years of working experience in sales
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in a leadership role is an advantage
- With working experience in AC or HVAC industry is an advantage
- With proven track record in channel sales management and revenue growth is an advantage
- Amendable to work onsite
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement channel sales strategies to meet AC sales targets.
- Enlarge dealers and distributors network nationwide.
- Supervise sell-in and sell-out initiatives to gain market share growth.
- Oversee the overall sales performance and contribute on strategic insights and forecasts.
- Develop a strong relationship with company partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and activities.
- Analyse and monitor new business opportunities and market expansion strategy.
- Lead and develop the overall sales team.
