- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues as needed.
- Scan items, issue receipts, and bag products while ensuring proper inventory control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous cashier or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong math skills and ability to handle cash and payments accurately.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
