Customer Service Representative (w/ Industry Experience)

Setup: Onsite, Night/Shifting Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service support in accordance with the defined scope of work and service level agreements
- Ensures high-quality interactions with customers
- Meets quantitative performance standards
- Resolves inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Open to college undergraduates or graduates
- With at least 1 year experience in financial, healthcare, or insurance sectors
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays, as required
