Country Manager - Power Generator

About the Opportunity
- Drive Sales & Technical Consultation: Execute end-to-end sales strategies focused on power solutions within industrial and mining environments-from early client engagement through to closing deals.
- Manage Distribution Channels: Own the day-to-day management and training of our local distributors, enabling their sales teams to effectively position our hardware and software solutions.
- Nurture Pipelines: Manage the full sales cycle and maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
- Translate Technical Value: Understand site-specific power needs (load profiles, operational constraints) and collaborate with technical teams to deliver strong commercial proposals.
- Gather Market Intelligence: Understand customer pain points, track competitor activity, and gather field insights to actively shape our regional growth strategy.
- Experienced: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the power industry, specifically supporting mining or heavy industrial operations (e.g., generators, hybrid systems, microgrids, or rental power).
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of mining site operations, power needs, and a strong interest in the energy transition.
- Commercially & Autonomously Driven: A self-starter with a "hunter" mindset who thrives in agile, fast-paced environments and can operate with a high degree of independence.
- Educated: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

- An existing network of mine operators, construction contractors, or EPCs in The Philippines
- Direct experience working on or visiting remote, field-based industrial sites.
