Field Sales Supervisor

Description - Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales skills of team members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market analysis and competitor insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to upper management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Training, Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, Competitor Analysis, Presentation skills, and Salesforce
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify training needs and develop training materials for the sales team
- Working Conditions: Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events, Willing to time in at 5:00 AM daily and willing to work extended hours
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
