Position: Customs Administration Industry: Domestic Trading Location: Makati City Schedule: Monday–Friday Salary: Php19,000 + Transportation Allowance Work Setup: Onsite Contract: 5-Month Project-Based / RelieverJOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration Open to fresh graduates Can work on a 5-month project-based contract Amenable to attend interviews Willing to work onsite in Makati City Job responsibilities: Arrange and monitor orders, shipments, and delivery status. Prepare shipping instructions based on customer requirements and Letter of Credit (L/C) terms, and coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers. Process wholesale trading and logistics transactions, including shipping instructions, invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, beneficiary certificates, and other required documents. Review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms and compare them with shipping documents to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Check Bills of Lading and other shipping documents and coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers. Prepare insurance documents for CIF shipments.RECRUITMENT PROCESS: ONE DAY HIRING ONLY
