JOB DESCRIPTION:
Fashion Designer
We are an established fashion company in the Philippines market. Known for our strong presence in the ready-to-wear space, we are reinventing and refreshing our women’s collections to meet the style and comfort demands of today’s customer. We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who can bring fresh creativity and technical expertise to help shape this next chapter.
Job description:
Responsibilities
● Research fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes relevant to the Philippine market.
● Create seasonal collections aligned with the brand's vision and target customers.
● Develop sketches, mood boards and production programs.
● Work closely with the merchandiser and sourcing team to ensure designs meet cost and margin requirements.
● Oversee sample development, fi ttings, and revisions until approval.
● Prepare detailed technical packs for production (construction details, measurements, fabric/trim specs).
● Ensure designs are commercially viable, on-trend, and produced on time. Qualifi cations
● Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Technology, or related fi eld.
● At least 2 years of experience in women's RTW design (underwear/fashion retail background is a plus).
● Strong sketching and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel).
● Knowledge of pattern-making and garment construction.
● Ability to balance creativity with commercial needs
● Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
● Portfolio required (sketches, past collections, technical packs, fi nished garments). What We Offer
