**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant** to support real-time operations across business and legal projects. This is **not a basic VA role**—you’ll help structure workflows, manage tasks, and ensure smooth execution alongside leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage and track multiple projects
• Organize documentation, including AI-generated content
• Turn drafts into polished deliverables (Word, PDF, PowerPoint)
• Handle emails, follow-ups, and scheduling
• Support real-time task execution and coordination
• Conduct light research and assist operations
**Requirements**
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Excellent written communication
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsive
**Nice to Have**
• AI video tools or presentation design experience
• Basic project management background
