The Channel Development Supervisor supports the growth, performance, and compliance of the dealer network by assisting in dealer development initiatives, standards implementation, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in channel development, dealer management, sales operations, or automotive distribution.
- Exposure to automotive dealer network operations is an advantage.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage field-based activities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
