JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, after-sales, or territory management
- Can present reports and plans to management and dealer partners.
- Willing to be based in Cebu and to travel around the Visayas region.
- Has a valid 4-wheels driver’s license.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support dealers in the Visayas to reach their sales targets and grow the market share.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing and sales activities.
- Work with service teams to improve workshop efficiency, parts availability, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular dealer visits, audits, and “Business Health Checks.”
- Ensure dealers follow Honda standards and maintain profitable operations.
- Build strong relationships with dealer partners and provide ongoing support.
- Travel across the Visayas to give on-site guidance and assistance.
