Sales Executive (Cebu)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales, Engineering or other business-related courses
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in building products or construction materials is required
• Exceptional sales and customer service skills
• Skilled at negotiation and problem solving
• Ideally holds a valid driver's license and is capable of operating both motorcycles and four-wheeled vehicles

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate technical solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide product information, recommendations, and customized solutions.
• Assist in preparing bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to monitor market trends and expand professional networks.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Submit regular sales progress reports and updates to management.
