- Deliver Orders: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food or packages to customers, adhering to company protocols.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Route Planning: Use GPS systems or route-planning apps to optimize delivery times and avoid delays.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle (motorbike/bicycle) to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Order Verification: Verify customer orders, handle payments (if required), and maintain records for each delivery.
- Valid License: Hold a valid driver’s license and any required certifications for operating a motorbike or bicycle.
- Experience: Previous delivery or courier experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and supervisors.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to handle the physical demands of long hours on the road and lifting items as needed.
- Familiarity with Local Area: Knowledge of the local area for quick and efficient navigation is an advantage.
