Implement Quality Management Systems. Manage timely and effective resolution of customer feedback. Works with operations team in addressing internal quality issues and RMAs per assigned area. Provide immediate quarantine and accurate disposition of non-conforming materials and products. Management of RMAs and CAPA per cycle time defined. Maintain quality documentation, including procedures and work instructions. Analyze quality data and regular update of quality report. Support customer and internal manufacturing audits. Initiates quality and process improvement initiatives.
